Rotary Table Type Cleaning Machine
These are batch type cleaning machines. The components to be cleaned are loaded into the stainless steel round basket inside the chamber and the basket is rotated at slow speed while pressurized hot aqueous cleaning solution is sprayed all over the components form the specifically positioned spray nozzles.
These rotary table washers can be top loading or front loading type.
Compressed air hot/ ambient can be blown through separate nozzles after washing is over.
The optional accessories are auto canopy opening / closing, Hand lance gun provision, exhaust blower / mist separator, filter choke indication, dual speed (slower for washing and higher for drying) arrangement etc.
The standard models are as per basket diameter (in mm) 250, 400, 600, 800, 1000 & 1300.
