Component Washing Machines
These machines are used as preliminary cleaning machines. The components to be cleaned are loaded on to the dipping platform and the platform is lowered into the cleaning bath by means of pneumatic cylinders / hydraulic cylinder arrangement / motorized systems.
Cleaning media may be hot aqueous based cleaning media or solvent based system. Air agitation can be added to aqueous bath for increasing the bath turbulence for achieving better cleaning results.
These systems can also be used as anti-rust application after cleaning for prolonged storage.
